About Me
I am a graduate of the University of Montana Western in Dillon, Montana, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Small Business Management in 2018. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for my journey into the dynamic world of owning Novich Property Management.
I began my career in 2017 at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties, where I immersed myself in the intricate workings of the real estate industry. Over the course of seven years, I served as the dedicated office manager, acquiring invaluable insights into the market and honing my skills in organizational management.
It was during my time at Berkshire Hathaway that I discovered a passion for Property Management, recognizing a substantial demand for top-tier services in our region. I then obtained my property management license from the Cooke Real Estate School in 2021. My dedication to precision, coupled with my organizational skills, has become the cornerstone of my success in this thriving industry.
When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and dog, Mazley. We are often out camping, kayaking and exploring all Montana has to offer.
As I continue to navigate the dynamic realms of property management, I am driven by a commitment to excellence and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of attention to detail. I look forward to contributing my skills and passion to elevate the real estate experience for both clients and communities alike.
